I always shake my head when I hear Gallatin Airport Authority’s self-aggrandizement on the brilliance of their management and how irreplaceable are its members. Lincoln had it correct: We do not thrive as a country because of the power of mere men. Should anyone in government believe otherwise, that seems reason enough to check their ego and replace them.
Survey identifies barriers faced by female pilots…according to a study by Penny Hamilton, who has a doctorate in communications. Hamilton conducted 296 surveys or personal interviews of women and compiled the top 10 barriers faced by women in aviation.
